2. PennyPetz reserves the right to change the prices on its Website without notice. In-store sales may not be reflected on Website.
3. PennyPetz reserves the right to refuse any order.
4. PennyPetz transactional Website will take the following modes of payment: Visa and Mastercard.
5. The full payment will be taken immediately upon placement of the order.
6. All merchandise will be delivered only upon receipt by PennyPetz of full payment including taxes and applicable delivery charges.
7. If there is a stocking error, we will inform you immediately to explore options.
8. All Prices listed on PennyPetz are in Canadian Dollars.
9. Canadian federal and provincial sales taxes are applied based on shipping destination.
10. All delivery charges and taxes will be added when applicable to the prices shown on our Website. Please make sure you have entered the correct information for your coordinates and currency to get the correct pricing for your location.
Shipping time (after notification) can take from 2 to 10 business days, to most major metropolitan areas. Rural area destinations may take a longer time. Any additional delivery charges as a result are the sole responsibility of the customer.
11. PennyPetz ships all items uninsured, and the risk of shipping loss or damage is the sole responsibility of the customer.
12. Purchase amount is calculated before applicable Goods and Service Tax (GST) or Quebec Sales Tax (QST) and does not include shipping costs.
13. The warranties for the merchandise purchased are the sole responsibility of the manufacturers of such products.
14. All merchandise received by the customer must be inspected upon reception. If the merchandise is visibly damaged, the customer must refuse shipment. If damages are noticed after delivery, notify PennyPetz immediately.
15. PennyPetz will only accept returns for credit with a return authorization number. Please contact PennyPetz at 450-202-1073 within the first 30 days of your purchase.
16. The customer is responsible for return freight charges.
17. PennyPetz will only process a return item in its original packaging, including but not limited to: boxes, cases, manuals, etc. All returns will be subject to inspection for abuse or wear in which event additional charges may be applied.
18. PennyPetz will not accept returns after 30 days.
19. Refunds for payments made by credit card may take up to 10 business days to be processed after receipt and inspection of goods.
